SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 11/1/25 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 12/24/25 ("Entry Period").

SPONSOR: Mattel, Inc., 333 Continental Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245 (“Sponsor”).

ADMINISTRATOR: Ventura Associates International LLC, 494 Eighth Avenue, Suite 1700, New York, NY 10001 (“Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Barbie Dream Fest Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older (or who have reached the age of majority in their state of primary residence, whichever is older) at time of entry, and who meet the eligibility requirements detailed in this section. The Sweepstakes and any Website (as defined below) pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing within the United States only. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, The Kroger Company, additional participating retail partners, and their respective, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers of promotion materials and services, and any other entity engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate family or household (whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible. ("Immediate family" means spouse and parents, grandparents, siblings and children and their spouses, whether or not residing with the ineligible individual.) Void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, visit https://www.BarbieSweepstakes.com (“Website”), follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit your entry (“Entry”). Limit of one (1) Entry per person per email address per day regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address. Entries that exceed this limit per person will be discarded. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are garbled, damaged, late, illegible, deleted or misdelivered. Entries using bots or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not allowed to share the same email address. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deceiving or using other unfair playing practices or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules or any other errors or other causes, corrupt the administration, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received up until the time of cancellation, and in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible. Internet access charges imposed by your online service provider may apply. If you are using a mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes, standard data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. All received Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Neither the Sponsor, Administrator, The Kroger Company, additional participating retail partners, their parent, affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors, assign, or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules; technical errors or difficulties, garbled or jumbled transmissions; whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Releasees are not responsible for any change of email address if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is not reachable at email address or phone number provided, that potential winner will be disqualified, and such prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner selected at random from all eligible Entries received. If the prize is forfeited, it may be awarded, at the Sponsor's discretion, to an alternate potential winner selected from among all eligible non-winning Entries. All taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local, sales and income tax) are the winner's responsibility. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photographs/videos and statements/comments for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect actual prize won. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, no prize substitutions will be available. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. All persons, by participating in this Sweepstakes, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator shall be final and binding.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: up to $10,000.00.

The Grand Prize is a trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to experience the magic of Barbie Dream Fest in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, tentatively scheduled for March 27-29, 2026. Grand Prize consists of:

(a) roundtrip, coach class air transportation for winner and guest(s) from a major commercial airport located within the United States near winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to a commercial airport near Fort Lauderdale, FL. If winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation;

(b) four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (two rooms standard double-occupancy or one room for up to four (4) people, depending on the hotel room availability and as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for winner and guest(s);

(c) up to four (4) VIP tickets to access the Barbie Dream Fest (“Event”);

(d) $500 spending money for food and beverage (awarded in the form of a corporate check);

(e) Barbie merchandise (ARV up to $200);

(f) $1,000 spending money for winner and guests’ to enjoy additional activities in Fort Lauderdale. Spending money will be awarded in the form of a corporate check to winner. Winner must find and arrange any such activities. Sponsor is not responsible for any issues that may arise during winner’s chosen activities.

Trip must be taken on dates determined by the Sponsor or Administrator, tentatively scheduled in March 27-29, 2026 (travel dates to be determined), or winner forfeits all rights to the Grand Prize. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Administrator. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Advance booking is required. The Event is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Event provider. If the Event is not available after the trip is booked, or if winner chooses to partake in any portion of the prize with fewer than three (3) guests, or no guest, the remaining portion of prize shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after reservation is made, or confirmation of any redemption. If winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel and required to provide a valid major credit card to the hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in the Grand Prize. Unless child or ward of winner, each guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, existing rate at time of booking, and/or dates of travel; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Sweepstakes Entities and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid travel identification, etc.) prior to travel. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable. Should the prize become unavailable, a prize of similar nature and value may be offered. Winner and guests must follow all instructions given by any representative during the trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and during the Event). The representative involved reserves the right to revoke winner and/or guest’s participation for failure to follow any instructions during the trip, or if winner and/or any guest appears to be intoxicated, be a safety risk, or has violated any policy or law. Winner and guests must agree that all travel, lodging and activities will be at their own risk. If the winner determines that travel is not possible due to health or safety reasons or any reasons, after the trip is booked, the winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize and no compensation or substitution will be awarded.

By accepting the prize, winner and guest(s) agree to hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, members, agents, successors, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use or misuse of the prize, or travel related activities. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: On or about 12/29/25 in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator, the potential winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received. The decisions of the Administrator shall be final and binding. The potential winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing and required to respond to the initial email notification within 3 days and provide the required information. Thereafter, the potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) to Administrator within five (5) business days of notification date, in order to claim his/her Prize. Each winner’s guest will also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Winner will be required to furnish his/her Social Security number to the Administrator and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the winner for the value of the Grand Prize. The Administrator will be handling the 1099-Misc process. The winner and his/her adult guest(s) (i.e., who have reached the age of majority in their state of primary residence) must consent to a background check. If the winner’s background check is not satisfactory, the winner will be disqualified from winning the prize. If an adult guest’s background check is not satisfactory, that guest will not be permitted to be the winner’s guest on this trip. At the sole discretion of the Administrator or Sponsor, prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: i) an Affidavit or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; ii) a respond to the initial email notification or the Affidavit is not returned within the date specified on notification; iii) a winner is otherwise found to be ineligible; iv) winner cannot or will not accept or receive the prize for any reason; and v) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. There will be three (3) alternate drawings for the Grand Prize after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded.

DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY:  As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes and any other time you provide your information to Sponsor, you agree to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing (i.e., by way of example only, with Sponsor’s parent company, its affiliates, and with third-party partners, service providers, etc.), of your information (including your personal information or personal data) by Sponsor for internal marketing purposes and for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes (i.e., communicate with you, process your submission, etc.) and to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

RELEASES: Entrants agree to release, defend and hold harmless Releasees, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize-related activity. Sponsor is not responsible if prize/prizes cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. In the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, pandemics  or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Releasees assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the safety or performance of prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of California apply to and govern Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in California.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award any prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received for the Sweepstakes up to the time of the impairment. Releasees are not responsible for human errors, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Releasees are also not responsible for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in conjunction with the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage Website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person or persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
